As a policy we do not offer returns / exchanges on products that have been delivered in perfect condition.
We request you to carefully look into the product specifications that are mentioned and see if the product you wish to order fits into your desired spaces.
- If an incorrect product has been delivered.
- If the product received has a genuine manufacturing/quality defect.
However if the offer for a replacement is denied by the client then we will only be able to give Store Credits which is redeemable only for online orders.
Refunds (if applicable):
After we receive and inspect the product for qualifying returns, we will notify you via email that a refund has been initiated. The refund will be processed using the original payment method and will typically take 5-7 working days from the date we receive the returned item.
